• Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria, Greece and Romania are carried outthrough the courier company ECONT
  • Deliveries to all other countries are madethrough the courier company DHL
  • The cost of delivery is calculated at the time of your order.
  • The standard delivery time in Bulgaria, Greece and Romania is 2 working days (with the exception ofsettlements, which are served according to a schedule).
  • Standard delivery time for all other countries is up to 10 working days.
  • Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are processed accordingly – on Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
  • Orders are processed until 5 p.m. on working days. Orders received after 5 p.m. are processedon the next business day.
  • If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by our employee on the indicated phone number.
  • You will receive a call from our employee in all cases after we receive your order.

International Shipping, Customs & Other Fees:

  • International deliveries are provided to more than 20 countries on the territory of the EU, USA, Canada. If as a result of international delivery, you have to pay any charges on the shipment (duties, etc.), you (the BUYER) shall be fully responsible for them. We (GALADI EOOD as a SELLER) are not responsible for the payment of customs duties or other charges on shipments, and we cannot influence them in any way or estimate the time needed to clear a shipment from customs.

Price of delivery:

  • The cost of delivery is calculated according to the rates of the courier company
  • The delivery price is free for orders over BGN 199 in Bulgaria

The user has the right within 14 days to reject the goods he/she has purchased.

The customer shall always pay for the courier service.

The term shall begin from the date of:

  • receiving the product

The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account you specified in the return request.

For all shipments that you want to return outside the territory of Bulgaria, please notify us in advance by email: cherryyoumail@gmail.com

You can return an ordered item only if there is NO damage caused by improper use – the item is not torn, worn, washed, ironed, with traces of make-up. The packaging must also be intact, and the article shall be returned in it. All product labels shall be intact.

If we find that any of these conditions have not been met, we reserve the right NOT to REFUND your account and ship the returned item back to you.

You have the right to make a complaint in case of:

  • manufacturing defects of the goods (discovered upon receipt of the product(s) or within 14 days if the above return conditions are met)
  • discrepancy with the announced/ordered size or model.
